Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pieces of meat in the pan until they brown a little. (Use seasoned frozen mince or v. Notes)
  • 2.   Cut the tomatoes into half slices, slice the onions and the salad into strips and cut the feta into large pieces.
  • 3.   For a white sauce: mix the fromage blanc in 1 bowl with the lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
  • 4.   Garnish the bottom of the split pitas (or spread over a tortilla): - a layer of white sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, feta then cooked meat. Sprinkle with a layer of sauce (white, mayo, ketchup ..).

Notes

  • To replace the frozen preparation: Cut the escalopes into small pieces (diced) and marinate in a deep dish with 1 tablespoon of: - olive oil, - paprika - ginger - curry. Dissolve, then add salt, pepper and vinegar.
