1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Roll out the pastry in a pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
2. Beat the eggs in an omelette and incorporate the sour cream and minced chives. Season. Pour 3 tablespoons of this mixture onto the pastry.
3. Slice the smoked salmon and arrange half of it in the pie dish.
4. Cover with the remaining sauce and place the remaining salmon on top.
5. Bake for 45 minutes.
