Smoked Salmon Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
    Roll out the pastry in a pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
  • 2.   Beat the eggs in an omelette and incorporate the sour cream and minced chives. Season. Pour 3 tablespoons of this mixture onto the pastry.
  • 3.   Slice the smoked salmon and arrange half of it in the pie dish.
  • 4.   Cover with the remaining sauce and place the remaining salmon on top.
  • 5.   Bake for 45 minutes.

  • 4 slice of smoked salmon
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 cl of sour cream
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 butter
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
