Garlic and Herb Baked Eggs

Cooking time: 8 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   In 2 ramekins, distribute the cream and cheese. Mix them together. Crack an egg on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Bake for 8 minutes in the oven. Stop cooking as soon as the egg white is cooked and the yolk is still runny.

  • 8 teaspoon of sour cream
  • 2 garlic and herb cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
