Garlic and herbs casserole eggs

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °
  • 2.   In 2 ramekins, distribute the crème fraîche and the cheese. Mix together. Crack an egg on it. Salt and pepper
  • 3.   Bake for 8 minutes in the oven. Stop cooking as soon as the egg white is cooked and the yolk is still liquid
