Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breast into squares or rectangles. The chicken pieces should not be too thick (1 cm). Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   In a bowl, beat the egg, add the parsley, turmeric, a little salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Pour the breadcrumbs onto a plate.
  • 4.   Dip the chicken pieces, one by one, into the egg mixture. Place the chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs, making sure they are well coated.
  • 5.   In a pan, melt the butter with a little oil over medium heat.
  • 6.   Place the nuggets in the pan and cook on each side.
  • 7.   If the nuggets are the right width, the chicken will be cooked when both sides are golden brown.
  • 8.   Enjoy as an appetizer or with a side dish (fries or ratatouille)!

Notes & Suggestions

  • Use the remaining egg to make an omelette.
