1. Cut the chicken breast into squares or rectangles. The chicken pieces should not be too thick (1 cm). Lightly season with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, beat the egg, add the parsley, turmeric, a little salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the breadcrumbs onto a plate.
4. Dip the chicken pieces, one by one, into the egg mixture. Place the chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs, making sure they are well coated.
5. In a pan, melt the butter with a little oil over medium heat.
6. Place the nuggets in the pan and cook on each side.
7. If the nuggets are the right width, the chicken will be cooked when both sides are golden brown.
8. Enjoy as an appetizer or with a side dish (fries or ratatouille)!
