Beef sauté with onions and mushrooms

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the beef into thin strips, then place them in a bowl and mix with a little salt. Set aside.
  • 2.   Peel and slice the onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers into strips.
  • 3.   In a large skillet (or wok), over low heat, add the oil and sauté the onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
  • 4.   Once they are nicely browned, increase the heat and add the beef.
  • 5.   When the beef is well seared, add the soy sauce while stirring, then finish with a glass of water.
  • 6.   Mix everything together and serve immediately over Thai rice.
