Savory crepe with egg, ham, and goat cheese for 1 person

Instructions

  • 1.   Melt the butter in a large skillet over low heat.
  • 2.   Add the crepe to the skillet, then on one half, place the slice of ham and the grated cheese.
  • 3.   When the cheese starts to melt, crack the egg on top, season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • 4.   Fold the crepe in half and let it cook for 3 minutes over medium heat without flipping it, until the egg is cooked.
  • 5.   Serve immediately on a large plate accompanied by a green salad.

  • 1 buckwheat pancake
  • 2 handful of grated cheese
  • 1 slice of white ham
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 10 g of butter
  • 1 handful of lettuce
