Chicken strips and sautéed garlic potatoes for 1 person

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
  • 2.   Cook them in a pot of salted boiling water until you can pierce them with a fork (they should still be slightly crunchy).
  • 3.   Drain them and set aside.
  • 4.   Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  • 5.   Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and brown the garlic.
  • 6.   Add the chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they are golden brown.
  • 7.   Then add the potatoes, sprinkle with parsley, and sauté for a few minutes until they are crispy.
  • 8.   Serve immediately.
