Instructions
1. Cook the rice, then add Chinese sauce or curry, salt, and pepper.
Mix the tuna with mayonnaise or Philadelphia cream cheese and finely chopped pickles and Herbes de Provence.
Cut the avocado into slices or cubes, as desired.
In the bottom of a bowl, arrange the avocado.
Then add the tuna mixture.
Then add the rice.
Flip onto a plate.
It's ready!
