Instructions

  • 1.   *-Prepare the starter:
  • 2.   Dissolve the baker's yeast in warm water, add 1 tablespoon of flour, and let it rise for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   *-Prepare the dough:
  • 4.   Pour the remaining flour into a bowl with the salt, make a well. Add the starter and oil, mix everything well until you obtain a relatively homogeneous dough.
  • 5.   Work the pizza dough by stretching and folding it on the work surface repeatedly for a good 10 minutes. Or, for the more skilled, by tossing it in the air and spinning it on your hands like a real pizza maker. ;)
  • 6.   When the pizza dough is very supple, let it rest in a bowl covered with a cloth in a warm place.
  • 7.   Let it double in size (approximately 2 hours).
  • 8.   You can start adding your ingredients to your pizza! Yum!
