Creamy Pumpkin Flan with Curry

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   Wash, peel, and cut the pumpkin into small pieces. Cook it in salted water until the pieces are tender, then drain and blend them with a knob of butter.
  • 3.   In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with salt, spices, flour, and cream.
  • 4.   Add the pumpkin and mix well.
  • 5.   Grease individual molds and pour the mixture into them. Add small cubes of sliced cheese on top.
  • 6.   Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, keeping an eye on it.

  • 1 red kuri squash
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 cup of liquid fresh cream
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 2 slice of cheese
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
