Instructions

  • 1.   Blend 4 chicken cutlets with 4 egg whites, then add salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Use a tablespoon to shape the nuggets with this mixture.
  • 3.   Roll the nuggets in breadcrumbs to cover them.
  • 4.   In a frying pan, heat oil and cook the nuggets.
  • 5.   Flip the nuggets after 4 to 5 minutes (when they are golden brown).
  • 6.   You can serve them now!
