Homemade Broccoli Soup

A delicious little soup, super quick to make!

Instructions

  • 1.   Step 1:
    Bring water to a boil in a saucepan with the bouillon cube. When the water is boiling, add the broccoli and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Step 2:
    Put the broccoli and a little bit of broth, as well as the cheese portions, in a blender (or food processor). Blend, and add broth until desired consistency is reached.
  • 3.   Step 3:
    Serve hot, sprinkled with a pinch of paprika (optional).

  • 200 g of frozen broccoli
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 cream cheese
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube
  • salt (according to taste)
