Carbonara Quenelles

Instructions

. Cut the quenelles into approximately 1 cm thick slices.
2
. In a pan, sauté the bacon and minced onion. Set aside.
3
. In the same pan, brown the quenelles in olive oil.
4
. Once the quenelles are nicely browned, add the bacon and onions, then the sour cream.
5
. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
