Carbonara Quenelles

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the quenelles into approximately 1 cm thick slices.
  • 2.   In a pan, sauté the bacon and minced onion. Set aside.
  • 3.   In the same pan, brown the quenelles in olive oil.
  • 4.   Once the quenelles are nicely browned, add the bacon and onions, then the sour cream.
  • 5.   Heat for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.

Ingredients for servings

  • 12 dumplings
  • 200 g of smoked bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 25 cl of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • pepper (according to taste)
