Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the patties in a pan until desired doneness.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, slice the avocado and set aside.
  • 3.   Prepare the salad by mixing the chopped tomatoes and lettuce with the nuts and almonds. Add olive oil and your choice of spices.
  • 4.   Cut the buns in half and place the slices of cheddar cheese (or vegan cheese) on them, then put them in the oven.
  • 5.   Assemble your burger with some avocado slices, your patty, mushrooms, and caramelized onions.
  • 6.   Drizzle a few drops of Red Tabasco on the patty.

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 vegetarian steaks
  • 8 slice of cheddar
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 tablespoon of onion confit
  • 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce
  • 4 ml of tabasco
  • 1 lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of walnut
  • 1 tablespoon of almond
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of spice
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
