Instructions

  • 1.   Chop the turkey.
    Cut the avocado into small pieces, drizzle with lemon juice, and add minced garlic and the turkey.
  • 2.   Season and shape into 4 patties without crushing the avocado too much.
  • 3.   Heat a skillet over medium heat with oil, then brown the patties for 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
