Beef Stroganoff

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the meat into thin slices.
  • 2.   Heat the butter over high heat, sauté the chopped onion and sliced button mushrooms. Add the meat, season with salt, pepper, sugar, and sprinkle with paprika.
  • 3.   After 5 minutes, add the tomato paste diluted in white wine.
  • 4.   Simmer for 10 minutes, then pour in the cream and mustard.
  • 5.   Stir for a few minutes and serve.

  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 5 cl of dry white wine
  • 4 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
