Simple Pasta with Roasted Vegetables and Basil

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. When it boils, add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, drain the tomatoes and peppers well. Cut everything into small pieces.
  • 3.   Clean and remove the basil leaves, then finely chop them.
  • 4.   Cut the feta into small cubes.
  • 5.   Drain the pasta and return it to the saucepan. Add the tomatoes and peppers, feta, chopped basil, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and serve immediately.
