Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the broccoli florets and cook them for 10 minutes in boiling salted water.
  • 2.   Remove from heat once the broccoli can be pierced with a knife without any resistance.
  • 3.   Mix the eggs, cream, and milk together. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Place the puff pastry in a dish.
  • 5.   Spread the crumbled tuna on top, then add the broccoli florets and ricotta in the remaining spaces.
  • 6.   Pour the egg mixture on top and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.

  • 1 bunch of canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 cl of heavy cream
  • 10 cl of milk
  • 250 g of ricotta
  • 1 pure butter puff pastry
  • salt (according to taste)
