Eggs cocotte with Cookeo

Instructions

  • 1.   In four ramekins, first put 1 tablespoon of fresh cream in each ramekin.
  • 2.   Roughly chop the ham and divide it equally among the ramekins (about ½ slice of ham per ramekin). Then, place 1 tablespoon of garlic and herb cheese on top of the chopped ham in each ramekin.
  • 3.   Finish preparing your eggs cocotte with Cookeo by cracking an egg on top of each ramekin. Season to your liking. Carefully cover each ramekin with plastic wrap.
  • 4.   In your Cookeo, pour 200 ml of water and place your ramekins in the steam basket.
  • 5.   Cook your eggs cocotte in your appliance for 3 to 4 minutes (3 minutes for a slightly runny yolk, 4 minutes for well-cooked eggs cocotte).
  • 6.   Serve your eggs cocotte as soon as they are done cooking and enjoy them hot.
