Parmesan and Mushroom Cream Ravioli

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in a little olive oil for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat water for the ravioli.
  • 2.   Once the mushrooms are cooked, add the heavy cream. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the parmesan cheese to the sauce and let it thicken. The sauce should have taken on the color of the mushrooms.
  • 3.   After cooking the ravioli for the time indicated on the package, drain them and pour the cream over them. Serve immediately.

  • 1 fresh beef ravioli
  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • 1 bag of grated parmesan
  • 3 large button mushroom
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
