Instructions
1. Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in a little olive oil for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat water for the ravioli.
2. Once the mushrooms are cooked, add the heavy cream. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the parmesan cheese to the sauce and let it thicken. The sauce should have taken on the color of the mushrooms.
3. After cooking the ravioli for the time indicated on the package, drain them and pour the cream over them. Serve immediately.
