Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Cut the smoked salmon slices into strips. Crumble the ricotta. Slice the mozzarella.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the salmon with the ricotta and heavy cream. Stuff the cannelloni with this mixture.
  • 4.   In a baking dish, arrange the cannelloni and cover them with mozzarella slices. Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
