. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

. Cut the smoked salmon slices into strips. Crumble the ricotta. Slice the mozzarella.

. In a bowl, mix the salmon with the ricotta and heavy cream. Stuff the cannelloni with this mixture.

. In a baking dish, arrange the cannelloni and cover them with mozzarella slices. Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
