1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Wash, dry, and chop the dill. Peel and finely mince the garlic clove. Set aside.
2. Slice the mushrooms after cleaning them.
3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
4. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each parchment paper.
5. Add the tomatoes
6. and the mushrooms all around.
7. Sprinkle the salmon fillets with dill and garlic
8. and drizzle with a squeeze of lemon juice.
9. Season with pepper, salt, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
10. Close the parchment packets
11. and place them in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
