Cauliflower, Potato, and Hard-Boiled Egg Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the cauliflower in water
  • 2.   Cut the potatoes into pieces and cook them in water
  • 3.   Cook the hard-boiled eggs, peel them, and cut them in half.
  • 4.   Place the potatoes and cauliflower in an ovenproof dish
  • 5.   Place the half eggs on top, add the bacon bits
  • 6.   Pour the cream and sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese
  • 7.   Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 190°C.

  • 1 bag of frozen cauliflower
  • 500 g of potato
  • 5 eggs
  • 20 cl of semi-liquid cream
  • 3 handful of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 250 g of bacon cube (optional)
