Cauliflower, Potato, and Hard-Boiled Egg Gratin

. Cook the cauliflower in water

. Cut the potatoes into pieces and cook them in water
3
. Cook the hard-boiled eggs, peel them, and cut them in half.

. Place the potatoes and cauliflower in an ovenproof dish
5
. Place the half eggs on top, add the bacon bits
6
. Pour the cream and sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese
7
. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 190°C.
