Instructions

  • 1.   * Cut the reblochon cheese into slices, wash the lettuce, and open the burger buns.

    • Lightly toast them in the oven.


    • Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and cook the ground beef patties to the desired doneness.


    • Remove the buns from the oven, spread mustard on the inside of the buns, then assemble the burgers as follows: layer lettuce, ham, patties, reblochon cheese, before closing.
