Instructions
1. * Cut the reblochon cheese into slices, wash the lettuce, and open the burger buns.
Lightly toast them in the oven.
Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and cook the ground beef patties to the desired doneness.
Remove the buns from the oven, spread mustard on the inside of the buns, then assemble the burgers as follows: layer lettuce, ham, patties, reblochon cheese, before closing.
