Instructions

  • 1.   * Cut the beef into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic and ginger.

    • Mix the meat, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Mix well and let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.


    • Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions.


    • Heat a wok with oil. Stir-fry the beef with the marinade and after 5 minutes, add the honey. Let it cook until it caramelizes nicely.


    • Remove the meat and add the tomato paste to the wok. Add the cooked rice and mix until it turns red. Add the juice of the lime, cook the fried eggs, and serve them on top of the beef and rice.
