Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the electric fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Peel, dice, and wash the potatoes.
  • 3.   Dry them well and immerse them in the frying oil for 10 to 12 minutes, until they are golden brown.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, slice the chorizo ​​into thick rounds, then cut each round into 4 pieces.
  • 5.   Peel and finely chop the onions.
  • 6.   In a pan or wok, sauté the onions and chorizo ​​until the onions are translucent and have taken on the color of the chorizo.
  • 7.   Once the potatoes are fried, mix them with the onions and chorizo, add parsley and garlic, mix again, and serve immediately!
