Instructions

  • 1.   Cook your leeks for 15-20 minutes in boiling water, then drain well after cooking.
  • 2.   - In a bowl, mix your cream cheese with a teaspoon of lemon juice, a little dill, and pepper.
  • 3.   - Blend your oat flakes, pour them into a mixing bowl, add the eggs, the packet of yeast, your salmon fillet previously diced, your cooked leeks, and finish by adding your cream cheese mixture. Mix everything well and pour the mixture into your loaf pan.
  • 4.   - Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), and bake for 30 minutes.
