Blueberry and almond cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture becomes pale. Add the flour, baking powder, almond powder, and melted butter. Mix until you obtain a smooth batter.
  • 3.   Pour the batter gently into a greased mold.
  • 4.   Wash the blueberries and arrange them on top of the batter. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • 5.   Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Once the cake is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool before unmolding. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
