  • 5.   Mix 10 sec/speed 9.
  • 6.   Add 2 red onions quartered to the Companion bowl.
  • 7.   Place the lid with the cap.
  • 8.   Mix 10 sec/speed 9.
  • 9.   Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  • 10.   Replace the ultrablade with the mixer and add 45 grams of butter to the Companion bowl.
  • 11.   Place the lid with the cap.
  • 12.   Cook 3 min/100°C/speed 3.
  • 13.   Add 2 tablespoons of curry to the Companion bowl.
  • 14.   Add 1 tablespoon of turmeric to the Companion bowl.
  • 15.   Add 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard seeds to the Companion bowl.
  • 16.   Place the lid with the cap.
