  • 5.   Mix for 5 sec/speed 9.

  • 7.   Add 30 grams of red curry paste to the Companion bowl.
  • 8.   Add 80 grams of coconut milk to the Companion bowl.
  • 9.   Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce to the Companion bowl.
  • 10.   Add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce to the Companion bowl.
  • 11.   Add 500 grams of chicken fillets to the Companion bowl.
  • 12.   Add 1 tablespoon of self-rising flour to the Companion bowl.
  • 13.   Place the lid with the cap on.
  • 14.   Give 4 Turbo pulses programmed for 1 sec each.
  • 15.   Transfer to a greased mini muffin tin and bake in the oven on convection mode for 15 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
