1. In a microwave-safe casserole dish, mix 30 cl of cold water, the packet of Fragrant Spiced Couscous, the smoked salmon cut into thin strips, and the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
2. Heat the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes in the microwave (850 watts).
3. While it's cooking, prepare the cold sauce by mixing together the yogurt, lemon juice, minced chives, salt, and pepper.
