Instructions

  • 1.   Cut and cook the leeks with a little white wine and broth
  • 2.   Prepare the dough with flour, cottage cheese, water, and yeast
  • 3.   Roll out the dough and spread the cream, the trout cut into pieces, the mushrooms, and the leeks on top
  • 4.   Bake for 13 minutes at 210°C (410°F)
