Thai Salmon Tartare

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the fish and onion into small 1/2 cm cubes (you can use a blender, but the result will be less desirable); finely chop the chives and squeeze the lemon.
  • 2.   Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and distribute into ramekins or sangria glasses or any other serving dish without compacting the mixture.
  • 3.   Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • 4.   You can garnish with a spoonful of trout or salmon roe and a shrimp.

  • ½ lemons
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 4 harissa
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 stalk of chives

  • pepper (according to taste)
