Ratatouille and Comté Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the vegetables and prepare the ratatouille. Once the vegetables are well cooked, peel the tomatoes and cut them into pieces, then add them to the remaining vegetables. Cook for 35 minutes.
  • 2.   Let it cool. Preheat the oven.
  • 3.   Roll out the dough. Place the ratatouille on it. Cut the chicken breast into pieces. Place them on top of the ratatouille.
  • 4.   Cut the Comté cheese and finish the preparation by placing the pieces on top of the chicken.
  • 5.   Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a moderately hot oven (350-375°F/200°C).
