Chicken Reblochon Skewers

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breasts into cubes of about 2 cm.
    Cut the zucchini into small pieces, about 2 cm long and 1 cm wide.
    Cut the Reblochon cheese into 2 cm long slices.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.
  • 3.   Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix to coat the pieces.
    Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • 4.   Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and sauté them over high heat in a little oil for about ten minutes.
    Set aside.
  • 5.   Sauté the zucchini in a little olive oil over high heat for 3 minutes - they should brown but remain firm.
    Season the zucchini with salt and sauté for an additional minute.
  • 6.   On wooden skewers, thread a piece of chicken, then Reblochon cheese, a piece (or two) of zucchini, and more Reblochon cheese. Repeat the process to cover the skewer (leaving space to hold it).
  • 7.   Serve with a paprika and herb-infused oil.

  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 garlic puree
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 pinch of ground cumin
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
