Easy Chili con Carne

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Chop the onion and garlic.
  • 3.   In a cast iron pot, melt the butter, then gently brown the onion and garlic.
  • 4.   Add the ground beef and cook gently for 10 minutes.
  • 5.   Mix the chili powder, cumin, tomato paste, and add it to the beef. Add the beans, broth, salt, and pepper.
  • 6.   Cover and cook in the oven for 25 minutes.

  • 65 g of tomato paste
