White cabbage salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the cabbage as thinly as possible and put it in a salad bowl.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the vinegar with the mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Add this "sauce" and the onion that you have chopped to the cabbage. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour, this will make the cabbage and onion more digestible!
  • 4.   Cut the unpeeled apple (it looks nicer) into pieces. Peel and grate the carrots. Add them, as well as the raisins, to the salad bowl containing the cabbage and onion.
  • 5.   Add the mayonnaise.
  • 6.   Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

  • 1 red apple
  • 2 carrots
  • 60 g of raisin
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 3 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • 1 mayonnaise
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
