Shrimp and Smoked Salmon Pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the tagliatelle or linguine in salted water according to the package instructions.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cook the snow peas for 4-5 minutes in salted water.
  • 3.   Put the cream cheese, sour cream, and milk in a small saucepan and heat gently, stirring with a whisk or wooden spoon until creamy.
  • 4.   Drain the pasta and return it to the saucepan. Add the snow peas, smoked salmon, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, dill, and sauce. Season with pepper and salt sparingly. Mix over low heat for 2 minutes. Then serve garnished with dill.

  • 280 g of pasta
  • 150 g of snow pea
  • 125 g of cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoon of light cream 4-5%
  • 100 ml of skim milk
  • 150 g of smoked salmon
  • 150 g of peeled shrimp
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh dill
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
