Tomato Mustard Tart

A classic tomato and mustard tart, to be served with a green salad and enjoyed hot or cold, according to your preference!

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Line a 7-inch non-stick tart pan with the dough. Spread mustard over the dough. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.
  • 2.   Cover with sliced tomatoes and add the remaining gruyère cheese. Sprinkle with thyme, rosemary, or Herbes de Provence.
  • 3.   Bake in a hot oven for 35 minutes.

  • 300 g of tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
