Lentil Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the red lentils according to the instructions on the packaging.
    Drain them and mix them with the eggs and thyme.
    Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Cook the frozen zucchini according to the package instructions.
    Drain them, roughly mash them, add cumin and season.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
    Cook the salmon in a pan lined with parchment paper, 3 minutes on each side, to have a pink center.
    Remove the skin, cut it into cubes.
    Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • 4.   Spread butter in a gratin dish.
    Pour the lentil mixture into the bottom, add the zucchini puree and the salmon cubes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 10 minutes and serve immediately.

  • ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 300 g of salmon
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 30 g of parmesan
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
