Honey and Mustard Cod Fillet

The honey and mustard marinade is versatile and can be used to marinate different types of fish.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to medium temperature. Cover the grill with aluminum foil. Mix the marinade ingredients (honey, wine, olive oil, and mustard).
  • 2.   Brush the fish with the marinade and cook it on both sides for 5-6 minutes. During cooking, regularly baste it with the marinade.
  • 3.   Reheat the roasted potatoes in a pan.
  • 4.   Serve with a lamb's lettuce salad with halved cherry tomatoes and drizzled with 4 teaspoons of light vinaigrette.

  • 350 g of cod
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 2 tablespoon of white wine
  • 2 ml of olive oil
  • 300 g of firm-fleshed potato
  • 60 g of lamb's lettuce
  • 100 g of cherry tomato
  • 4 teaspoon of vinaigrette
