Honey-Glazed Pork Skewers

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the pork roast into cubes.
  • 2.   In a large bowl, mix together the oil, honey, and lemon juice. Add the pork cubes, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with thyme, and stir. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • 3.   Thread the meat cubes onto skewers.
  • 4.   Grill the skewers on a barbecue or griddle, turning regularly, until cooked to desired doneness on each side.
