1. Sauté the green beans, season and add minced garlic.
2. Sauté the onion and set aside.
3. Season the ground meat, shape it into a burger-sized patty and cook to your desired doneness.
4. Cook a fried egg the size of the burger patty.
5. Place the patty on a bed of iceberg lettuce. Add onions, avocado, tomato, and the fried egg.
6. Fold the lettuce leaf over and let the egg yolk run.
