Breadless Burger

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the green beans, season and add minced garlic.
  • 2.   Sauté the onion and set aside.
  • 3.   Season the ground meat, shape it into a burger-sized patty and cook to your desired doneness.
  • 4.   Cook a fried egg the size of the burger patty.
  • 5.   Place the patty on a bed of iceberg lettuce. Add onions, avocado, tomato, and the fried egg.
  • 6.   Fold the lettuce leaf over and let the egg yolk run.

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 ground meat
  • 1 leaf of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 pinch of garlic powder
  • ½ onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • ½ avocados (optional)
  • 1 tomato (optional)
  • 300 g of green bean
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
