Bacon nest eggs Fruit yogurt

Instructions

. Grease the bottom of your muffin tin and preheat the oven to 200º

. Cover the bottom of your muffin tin with 2 slices of bacon (can be replaced with ham).

. Crack an egg into each nest and sprinkle with a little pepper, salt, and parsley (to taste).

. Bake for about fifteen minutes, until the egg is cooked.

. In a bowl, mix the fruit, muesli, yogurt (or cottage cheese), honey, and almonds (add a little cinnamon to taste).
