Bacon Nest Eggs with Swiss Fruit

Course: Breakfast
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes


  • 1.   Butter the bottom of your muffin pan and preheat the oven to 200º
  • 2.   Cover the bottom of your muffin pan with 2 slices of bacon (Can be replaced by ham).
  • 3.   Crack an egg into each nest and sprinkle with a little pepper, salt and parsley (Depending on taste)
  • 4.   Bake for about fifteen minutes, until the egg hardens.
  • 5.   In a bowl, combine the fruit, muesli, petit suisse (or fromage blanc), honey and almonds (a little cinnamon depending on taste)

  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of bacon
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Petit Suisse au fruit frais :
  • 1 pot of petit-suisse cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 150 g of fruits
  • 30 g of muesli (no added sugar)
  • 10 almonds
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • fresh parsley (according to taste)
