Bacon Nest Eggs with Swiss Fruit

Instructions

. Butter the bottom of your muffin pan and preheat the oven to 200º

. Cover the bottom of your muffin pan with 2 slices of bacon (Can be replaced by ham).

. Crack an egg into each nest and sprinkle with a little pepper, salt and parsley (Depending on taste)

. Bake for about fifteen minutes, until the egg hardens.

. In a bowl, combine the fruit, muesli, petit suisse (or fromage blanc), honey and almonds (a little cinnamon depending on taste)
