Lentil Salad with Salmon and Citrus

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the lentils and let them cool.
  • 2.   Cook the salmon fillets for 3 to 4 minutes in the microwave, covered.
  • 3.   Mix the citrus salad with olive oil and herbs.
  • 4.   Add the lentils and salmon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
