Asian-style Pork Skewers

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the meat into large cubes. Crush the garlic with a garlic press. Add the lemon juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix everything together and marinate the pork at room temperature.
  • 2.   Prepare the barbecue (or preheat the oven to the broil setting). Cut the tomatoes and mushrooms into quarters. Thread the meat and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them. Pour the remaining marinade over the vegetables. Season with pepper. Cook the skewers for about ten minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200 g of mushroom
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley
