COLD CHICKEN THIGHS

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 410°F.
  • 2.   Slice the onion.
  • 3.   Arrange the chicken thighs in an ovenproof dish without overlapping. Brush them with oil, salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence on each side.
  • 4.   Add the sliced onions around the thighs and pour the two glasses of water into the dish.
  • 5.   Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the size of the thighs.
  • 6.   Once the thighs are cooked and cooled, place them in the refrigerator for several hours.

  • Ideal for summer with a cold salad.
