Orange Chicken

Instructions

  • 1.   The day before, cut the chicken breasts into 8 pieces. Prepare a marinade. Squeeze the juice of 4 oranges. Add peeled and minced onions and garlic, chili pepper, coriander, salt, and pepper. Let marinate overnight.
  • 2.   The next day, drain the chicken. Brown it with oil in a casserole dish covered with parchment paper. Pour the marinade over it.
  • 3.   Cook covered over low heat for 35 minutes. Serve with the last orange sliced thinly.

  • 1 g of Cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoon of fresh coriander
  • 2 teaspoon of sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
