Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th.6). Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. In a pan covered with a baking sheet, cook the tomatoes for 5 minutes. Then add the mustard, the chopped garlic cloves, the crème fraîche, leave to reduce for 5 minutes then sprinkle with polenta. Let the semolina thicken for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Mix the raw cod fillets. Add this fish puree to the tomato mixture. Add the chopped basil leaves, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • 3.   Pour this brandade into a non-stick baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
