Bolognese Lasagna | Serves 8

A classic recipe made with ground meat, for this essential dish of Italian cuisine. Revisited and lightened.

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onions. Crush the garlic cloves. Finely chop the carrot and celery.
  • 2.   Sauté the garlic cloves and onions in a little olive oil.
  • 3.   then add the meat and sauté everything.
  • 4.   Add the chopped carrot and celery stalk.
  • 5.   Add the tomato puree, water, and herbs.
  • 6.   Season with salt and pepper, then simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
  • 7.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
    Grease the lasagna dish. Place a thin layer of cottage cheese, then lasagna sheets, bolognese sauce, cottage cheese, and grated emmental cheese, repeating this process 3 times.
  • 8.   On the last layer of lasagna sheets, only add cottage cheese and cover with grated cheese.
  • 9.   Bake for approximately 25 minutes.

  • 3 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 stalk of celery stalk
  • 1 carrot
  • 400 g of ground beef
  • 500 g of tomato coulis
  • 15 cl of water
  • 2 leaf of bay leaf
  • 1 stalk of thyme
  • 300 g of fat-free white cheese
  • 100 g of grated emmental
